This '96 Ford Ranger Splash belongs to Fabian Lorenz. Fabian likes his music loud and clean, so he built a killer sound system for his truck. It starts with a Pioneer CD player. In the front, Alpine DDrive tweeters and 5 1/4-inch mids rock the tunes, and an Alpine V12 amp pushes them. Fabian has two 10-inch JLAudio subs for the bass, and powers the speakers with a Rockford Punch 200 amplifier.

Some of the exterior modifications include a bug deflector, window visors, taillight covers, and a Snug Top lid. To turn heads at night, Fabian installed 8 neon tubes (18 feet total) under his truck. All the tubes are powered by two 9000 watt transformers.

The Splash came from the factory with a potent 4.0L V-6. A K&N air filter and a Flowmaster dual-exhaust system boost power and ensure proper breathing. To protect everything, a Python alarm with remote engine start was added.

Future modifications include a 3" drop in the front, and a 4" drop in the back. Custom rims and other suspension modifcations are also on the drawing board, as well as a few more subwoofers to blow the windows off the truck.
