Low
Blue Oval
Here is one fine Ford. This smooth '96 Ranger belongs to Tony Dye of
west Chicago, Illinois. This low-down truck is Tony's daily driver. He lowered it using
Belltech I-beams and airbags up front. In the rear, a parallel four-link was added along
with more airbags. An on-board compressor, reserve tank, and gauge keep the air system
under control.
A Sir Michael's roll pan was added at the rear, and a Fastback
tonneau covers the bed.
The factory bumper was filled and painted to match the factory
saphire blue paint. The front of the truck wears a billet grille insert. Rolling attire is
Concept Neeper SFX wheels wearing BFGoodrich 235/45/17 tires. To tuck those FWD rims, Tony
had to use billet adapters.
Tony mentioned that he is not currently a member of any club, but is
looking to join. If you know of a club in the Chicago, IL area, drop Tony a note.
